Breakages in Transit
We invest a lot of time and care when packaging up your order to make sure it reaches you in one piece, unfortunately, breakages do sometimes occur. If your item arrives broken, please photograph both the item and packaging and email us at (53northceramics@gmail.com (mailto:53northceramics@gmail.com)) within two days of receiving it. A replacement or a refund can then be arranged where possible.
If you need to return
We put a lot of effort into describing and showcasing our pots as accurately as possible so we strongly advise you to read the FULL product description and view ALL product pictures available before purchasing, as handmade items are unique all measurements are approximate and colours may vary.
We really hope that you love any pottery you purchase from us! However, if you are not happy, please pop us an email at (53northceramics@gmail.com (mailto:53northceramics@gmail.com)) within three days of receiving your order and we will personalise an arrangement for a refund or an exchange where possible.
If Items must be returned, they must be in the same condition in which they were sent. Unfortunately we are not able to cover any of the postage costs and this will need to be organised and paid for by you.
The parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us so please obtain proof of postage and choose a tracked/signed for and insured option.
I use the 'Royal Mail 2nd class signed for'(insured to the appropriate amount) for all parcels. Please make sure to re pack the item in the same way as received to ensure it does not break in the delivery process.
Returned Parcels
If your parcel is unable to be delivered, is not collected from your delivery office, or is returned to sender, this will be treated as an unauthorised return. We are happy to liaise with you to arrange redelivery at your expense, however a refund will not be issued.
Dispatch timings
Packing and shipping following a shop update is a big task! We aim to have all orders dispatched within 3-4 working days
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when you check out.
